Jim Joyce

Jim Joyce is our Head of Production and has 32 years of experience in the landscaping industry.  His extensive background in horticulture and project management, make him the most resourceful person to direct your job.
Jim is married with two children.  His son is in high school and his daughter is planning on attending Drexel University in the Fall.  Jim enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Pat McCusker

Garnet Valley Farms is owned by Patrick McCusker, who has performed and managed landscaping services for over 15 years in Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania area.
Pat is experienced in every aspect of the landscaping industry including landscape design, hardscaping, drainage solutions, and even excavation and grading.  His strong communication and organizational leadership skills have led him to focus on landscaping and construction services.
A graduate of Salesianum School and West Chester University, he now coaches the boys basketball program at Garnet Valley High School as the JV coach for 8 years.

Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas leads our irrigation and lighting team with over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in the field.  His reputation is of the highest caliber in the area of irrigation, landscape lighting, & drainage systems.  Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science from the University of Delaware.  His extensive work experience and ethical background are evidenced in his work from large commercial projects to residential improvements.
Kevin lives with his wife, Carolyn, in Wilmington, De.   He proud of his two daughters, Taylor, who works abroad in Germany, and Morgan, who has just recently graduated from University Delaware.
